Juliana E. Pisani has been resolving civil disputes since 2006 and has successfully tried cases to verdict as well as settled contentious disputes in court and outside of court, earning praise from her clients for efficient resolution of claims and disputes. Juliana is also a trained mediator who serves as a Judge Pro Tem for San Francisco Superior in Department 501—Housing Court. Juliana also regularly serves on the Legal Panel for the Small Property Owners of San Francisco Institute.
Prior to opening Pisani Law, PC, Juliana received her training in one of the largest law firms in the North Bay: GVM Law. Juliana Pisani is admitted to practice in all State Courts and Federal District Courts in California. SF Gate voters selected Pisani Law as "Best Real Estate Attorney" finalist in Best of Bay Area 2024.
Juliana earned a Bachelor's Degree in Italian and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and has a Juris Doctorate degree. She received certification in European Union law at Tulane University. Fluent in Italian, Juliana studied at the University of Siena under former Hague Convention Chief Prosecutor, Justice Richard Goldstone. Juliana has spoken at Innovit in San Francisco, and hosted events at the Italian Consulate in San Francisco for the Italian American Bar Association.
Juliana Pisani studied at the Universita’ per Stranieri di Siena, the Ca' Foscari University of Venice and at the University of California, Berkeley in Paris. She finished her Bachelor's Degree with the University of California's Washington D.C. Program while working in the U.S. Department of State at the Bureau of European Affairs Office of Holocaust Issues.
Juliana is the President of the Italian American Bar Association "IABA" since 2021, on the IABA board since 2017, on the board of the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club Foundation since 2022, Chair of the École Notre Dame des Victoires Marché de Noël since 2016, and volunteers at the Gubbio Project since 2017, feeding the homeless. Juliana is a former real estate legal adviser to the Italian International School, former Committee-Chair of the San Francisco Symphony's Junior Committee, and former President and Executive Adviser of the Napa County Women Lawyers. She served on the Executive Committee of the Napa County Bar Association, the Legal Aid of Napa Valley Fundraising Committee, on the Queen's Bench Development Committee, and the San Francisco Bar Association Barrister's Committee.
